2. Services

SwitDeveloper provides digital marketing, web development, AI automation, and mobile app development services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. SwitDeveloper retains the right to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwitDeveloper's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate agreements as specified in the service contract. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
